Social Media Tips

1. Use Social Media to gamify training:

Gamification can be a powerful tool to motivate staff members to engage with training programs.

Use social media to create training challenges, quizzes, and other interactive activities that reward staff members for completing specific training tasks.

This can help to make training more fun and engaging and encourage staff members to learn new skills.

2. Encourage staff to share their training experiences:

Encourage your staff members to share their training experiences on social media by creating a hashtag or a dedicated social media group.

This can help to create a sense of community and encourage peer-to-peer learning. You can also use this feedback to improve your training programs and make them more effective.

3. Employee generated content:

Similar to the second tip – encourage employees to share their insights, thoughts, experiences and most importantly of all their success stories related to training via social media. It fosters a sense of ownership, showcases the value of training to wider audiences and also shows the strength of the team and organisation to the audience.
